Shipping policy
NOTIFICATION:
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order notification via email letting you know we have received your order.
We aim to process, pack and dispatch your order within 2 working days. You will then receive a second email letting you know that your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.
STANDARD SHIPPING AND TIMES:
For deliveries, ZED & ZEUS uses EVRI delivery service with notifications and tracking to the recipient.
We aim for all orders to arrive within 3 - 4 business days following dispatch.
We are currently only shipping to addresses within the UK for orders via the website. However, we hope to be able to ship internationally in the near future. If that is you, please get in touch at support@zedandzeus.com, and we will try and work something out.
For returns and exchanges, we will send a Royal Mail Tracked48 label.
CHARGES & LOCATIONS:
We are currently offering Free Shipping on all orders, returns and exchanges.
At other times, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Shipping is dependent on the number of items in your order, but the approximate charge is £2.25
Please note that if any customs or import charges occur, these are to be settled by the customer.
