Refund policy
At ZED & ZEUS, we're committed to creating the highest possible quality activewear and we value the choices our customers make. We want you have a positive experience when buying our products.
Given the nature of the materials used in our garments, we have tried to include as much detail regarding sizing, fabric features, specifications and care details on our website, so that you can make an informed choice when purchasing from our collection.
However, we understand there are times when you are not completely happy and you may want to exchange or return one or more of your items. If this is the case, please review the returns policy below. You can also email us with any questions at returns@zedandzeus.com.
We suggest opening your delivered order with care, so if you do need to return, you can re-use the original packaging.
RETURNS
How to complete your return
• Once your items have been delivered, you have 28 days to return an item to us
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you would like to cancel your order and make a return. You then need to return the item to us within the 28 day window.
To submit a return request:
1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation to log in to your account. For account security, you may need to verify your account.
- In the email field enter your email address, and then click continue, you will now be sent a 6 digit verification code
- Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit code
- Go back to the online store, and enter the six-digit verification code
- You will now be taken to your orders dashboard
2. Identify the order that you want to submit the return for and click 'request return'.
3. If your order has more than one item, select all items you wish to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a free shipping label.

• The garment needs to be returned to us within 14 days of return notification. Please note if 28 days have elapsed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund.
• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your garment must be returned to us in perfect condition. This means that the garment must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, complete with all of the original labels and tags still attached. If you are unable to fulfil this obligation, we have the right to refuse a refund. If your return does not meet our standards, we will contact you directly via email.
• Returning the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use the tracked shipping option provided, as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that arrive damaged or are lost in transit. Please also obtain proof of postage and keep this safe until we have received your return and your refund has been processed.
• During the Christmas period, we will double the return/exchange timetable.
REFUNDS
• We will send you an email notification once your return is received and approved. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt. Refunds will be made via the same payment method you originally used.
• Any garments purchased during a sale or promotion will be refunded at the price originally paid (unless otherwise specified).
• Please bear in mind that if you return multiple orders at the same time that it may take longer to process your return than normal.
EXCHANGES
Subject to availability of stock, we are able to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour. Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
Please follow the steps below to request an exchange:
1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation and log in to your account.
2. Identify the order that you want to submit the return for and click 'request return'.
3. If your order has more than one item, select all items you wish to return.
4. Select a return reason and in the Notes please add Exchange for and then add the new size and/or colour you require.
5. If your exchange request is approved, you will receive an email with a Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping label to return the original item.

• To be eligible for an exchange, your original garment must be returned to us in perfect condition, as per the above refund policy. We will notify you when your return reaches us and is approved, and will aim to process the exchange within 2-3 working days.
• There may be occasions where the garment you want may be sold out. We will always try and offer an alternative option, and if this isn’t satisfactory, a refund will be processed.
• For exchanges, we cannot reimburse the original shipping costs but UK customers will not need to pay for re-delivery of the exchanged item.
• If you require a different item, please request a refund following the steps above and place a separate order for the new item/s.
Faulty Items
We have attempted to ensure our garments are made to the highest standards. We advocate for slow fashion, not mass production and ensure each item is carefully crafted by our manufacturer in the EU. We want you to receive your garment in perfect condition, so for each order we will personally pick, check, and pack your garment before the items is shipped to you. In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item, please email us at returns@zedandzeus.com and we will aim to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. Please note that if your garment is accepted as faulty following our review, you can choose to receive a replacement, repair or a full refund plus original shipping and return costs.
Amends or Cancellation of Orders
Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to amend or cancel your order. Amends and cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet reached the packing stage.
