We’re committed to creating long-lasting activewear that doesn’t cost the earth. We advocate for conscious consumption by using sustainably-sourced and ethically-made materials, and working with small production runs, focusing on quality over quantity.

Our Products

All of our products are made using ECONYL® yarn, a regenerated nylon that is 100% made from nylon waste that would otherwise pollute the earth, such as fishing nets, carpet flooring and industrial plastic. Through a radical regeneration and purification process, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity, it is processed into yarn and then used to create our products. As well as being a solution on waste, ECONYL® regenerated nylon is also better when it comes to climate change. It reduces the global warming impact of nylon by up to 90% compared with the material from oil.

Our Impact

The appetite to buy new products is forever growing. The planet's resources aren't.

Our products contain regenerated nylon that can be recycled infinitely.

No waste. No new resources. Just endless possibilities.

Our Fabrics

Our fabrics are exclusively sourced from the Carvico Group, a world-leading sustainable fabric producer based in Italy. Carvico Group creates a wide range of high-quality, high-performing technical fabrics to match the exacting performance demands of the sporting and activewear industry. The recycled, eco-friendly fabrics are made of ECONYL® yarn, allowing them to create products to cater to the ever-increasing demand for sustainable garments.

Our Process

At ZED & ZEUS, we work with suppliers and manufacturers who share our values and commitment to sustainability. Our products are made at a family-run factory in the EU that specialises in consciously creating high-quality garments that are made to last. Our factory is committed to ethical working conditions and fair pay standards, and supports a local community of creative women who make up 90% of its workforce.

Our Packaging

In our efforts to reduce waste, we use mailer and garment bags that are either fully compostable or made from 100% ocean bound plastics.

Our compostable mailer bags contain plant based materials such as corn starch, and are designed to biodegrade quickly. Place in your garden compost where they will break down naturally: or even better, reuse again!

Our garment bags and some of our mailer bags are made 100% out of ocean bound plastics: plastics that have been abandoned within 50km of a coastline where no formal waste management system exists to deal with them. The mailer bags can be recycled with soft plastics (many large stores and supermarkets will have a recycling unit to collect these).
